Fórum Selecção is looking for IT Finance Officer – Management & Control (M/F) for a Corporate Bank (Lisbon)

Your main activities are:

– Budget Management;
– Budget instruction;
– Assist in producing the management control reporting to WM IT CIO;
– FTEs Analysis;
– Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Top Management and Produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients;
– WM IT Finance Operations;
– Paris Cost Centre Management;
– Continuous improvement of the team’s processes;
– Monthly accounting closure contribution.

Profile and skills we look for:

– Good accounting culture;
– Master in Excel, and appetite for new technologies, multi-dimensional analysis cube collaborative tools like Anaplan;
– Knowledge of project management and Information Systems (IT);
– Minimum understanding of contracts;
– Extremely organized with a pragmatic approach;
– Result driven and able to handle and report about budget;
– Ability to work with others people in an international context;
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to interact with diverse IT teams, managers, and subject matter experts;
– Fluent in English and French will be appreciated.

– Schedule between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (Hybrid)
