Internal Consulting (M/F) – Lisboa

Fórum Selecção is looking for an Internal Consulting (M/F) for a Corporate Bank

Main tasks and goals:
– Lead the planning and execution of several projects in coorednation with the global consulting team;
– Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and implement a comprehensive transition plan, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies;
– Oversee the identification and mitigation of potential challenges and obstacles during the transition process, proactively finding solutions to ensure a smooth transfer of operations;
– Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure all technical and operational requirements are met during the transition, including infrastructure setup, data migration, and system integration;
– Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders, addressing any concerns and adjusting the transition plan as necessary;
– Develop and implement a robust communication strategy to keep all relevant parties informed throughout the transition process.

Profile and skills we look for:
– Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA is a plus;
– Proven experience in project management, particularly in the transition of IT operations, preferably within the banking or financial services industry;
– Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners;
– Solid problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to managing challenges and risks;
– Fluent English;
– Fluent French.

Temporary project: 8 months, could be renewed.

– Schedule between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm (Hybrid)
– Location: Lisboa
